We are still pretty early on our quest of homeschooling…so no snags quite yet.

Math is one of my sons most difficult subjects. He was born with encephalopathy and is dyslexic so I am always trying to find fun activities for him to do!

Word problems historically have been a problem for my children. Memorization of math facts and formulas was easy, but understanding the concepts is where the problem arises.

We haven’t really gotten into math yet, but division and fractions will be a nightmare I’m sure.

Long division … & for some reason the 7’s times tables. He’s known his multiplication facts since 3rd grade, but he tends to forget those!

My daughter has a hard time with word problems and understanding the wording and what it is that is being asked.
