Fun Friday: Place Value Fun

My kids are loving place value work!  It’s hardly work at all, they like it so much!  So I’m including it here as a fun Friday idea. 🙂

I have some fun worksheets for you, where the children look at illustrations of base 10 blocks and they write the number the blocks represent.  Great number writing practice and place value practice all at once.  If you want, you can PRINT OUT your own set of base 10 blocks HERE and have the kids set them up as it shows on the sheet before writing their number.  Gets their little hands and minds extra engaged in the activity.

Set one includes three worksheets that deal with tens and ones only.  No hundreds . . . yet! 😉

Enjoy!
